Hi! I’m Lucia, a Service Designer who loves exploring and creating. 🌟

‍I come from Uruguay, a small country with an evolving design industry. Growing up in such a dynamic environment taught me to adapt quickly and embrace a multidisciplinary approach. From textiles to technology, healthcare to mobility—I’ve tried a bit of everything, always driven by my curiosity and love for learning.

In 2020, I decided to take a bold step in my career. I packed my bags and moved to London to dive deeper into social innovation and design for the planet. I graduated with Honours in Sustainable Design (MA) from Kingston University London in 2020. London’s powerful energy fuels my creativity and professional growth, and I’ve built an amazing family of friends who make my life even better!

Since 2022, I’ve been at Admiral Pioneer, working on product innovation. I’ve tackled diverse projects, like developing services for people going through menopause. Currently, I’m shaping insurance services for future generations, ensuring they get fair and supportive options.
